The works of over 170 composers performed by more than 500 musicians will be presented in this year’s 16th edition of the Victoria International Arts Festival. These works include rare masterpieces that will be performed in an intensive 5-day run of European Baroque music, featuring performers from England, Italy, Norway, Germany, Albania and, of course, Malta! Period instruments will be used in the majority of these concerts, including a Baroque guitar, theorbo and Baroque flutes, apart from a harpsichord.

As in previous editions, the organizing committee is offering all the concerts free of charge, but welcomes a donation of 100 euro which guarantees a seat for all the concerts that are being presented in this year’s 16th edition of the Victoria International Arts Festival.
