The five-day run of rare Baroque Music starts this evening!

The much-anticipated five-day run of rare Baroque music kicks off this evening with a concert of Maltese Baroque music. These works, which have been edited by Prof. Joseph Vella, are unique examples of Maltese Baroque heritage, one that compares more than favourably with the major Baroque examples all over Europe.

Sopranos Gillian Zammit and Maria Frendo, alto Antoinette Camilleri and tenor Joseph Mercieca will be taking part. The Laudate Pueri Choir under the direction of George J. Frendo will be in attendance and the Victoria Festival Baroque Ensemble will be led by Sarah Spiteri. The concert will be under the direction of Joseph Vella.

Don’t miss out on such unique moments!
