Victoria International Arts Festival will welcome the Chapel Choir of Oriel College, Oxford University, tomorrow, Thursday 2 July, for a lunchtime concert at St George’s Basilica. The concert will start at noon.

Under the direction of Maks Adach, the programme will take us on a journey through the Anglican Choral Tradition, and includes motets by Stanford, Eccard, Purcell, Wood, Palestrina, Harris, Farrant, Byrd, and Philips.

This is another wonderful opportunity for interested choir enthusiasts to enjoy the finest of choral singing that a choir of this calibre will offer. Together with others, this is certainly one of the highlights of our fringe activities.
