String Trio, ‘Trio Ventura’, was formed in 2018, when all three musicians met at the Bruckner University Linz, Austria, in the course of their studies. The got international recognition at the ‘Max Reger Kammermusikwettbewerb’ (Max Reger chamber music competition) held in Karlsruhe, Germany in 2019.

Lukas Hebenstreit was born in 1996 in St. Pölten and started playing the violin with five years. He is also studying musicology at the University of Salzburg. The violist, Simon Mattern was born in 1997 in Linz, and started his musical studies at the very tender age of three. He is particularly interested in combining genres through all musical periods and is already teaching at music schools. Elena Deinhammer was born in 1997 also in Linz and commenced her cello studies at the very young age of four. Apart from her studies at the Bruckner University Linz she has also completed her degree in Theology at the Katholische Privatuniversität, Linz.
