The “Giuste” means the right ones in Italian, and as a word created from the first letters of their first names, it fits perfectly. Pianist Giulia Mandruzzato and saxophonist Stephanie Winzen have been making music together since 2019. The two not only share a love of Piazzolla, but also a passion for the profound things in life.

Giulia Mandruzzato studied piano in Rovigo near Venice, Italy, and has been working as a pianist and prompter at the Mannheim and Mainz State Theatres since 2016. German saxophonist Stephanie Winzen came to the Rhineland-Palatinate state capital from Bavaria to study music in 2004 where she still lives and teaches at the conservatory. She was honoured as Mainz City Musician in 2018 and appointed ambassador for the saxophone in Rhineland-Palatinate the following year.
